Review:

This was the second time I’ve read this series and absolutely adored it once again.  I really think this is one of Roberts better series.  One of the best things is how she is able to capture the essential parts of Ireland: it’s beauty, it’s culture and mythology and its tough people.

Jude is going through a dramatic life change, much like many of Roberts heroines.  I really appreciated her no-nonsense approach to the challenges she faces and her slow discovery into who and what she can be.  She is someone I think I’d be friends with in the real world.  And naturally, Aidan is lovely with a great sense of grounding in his village and his pub.  The combination of the two throw them both off guard and into a supernatural fantasy world that neither of them are expecting.

Warning: Contains sexual content.

Rating: 4 stars!
